Join Tawna for a powerful guided breathwork session designed to help you release blocked emotions from the body and reconnect with your inner self.

In this class Tawna will use a simple yet transformative three-part breath technique that activates deep healing on a physical and emotional level.

She will guide you through a full breathwork practice, accompanied and supported by carefully curated music to help unlock stored energy and amplify your release; to empower your continued healing, you’ll also receive printed materials to help you build and sustain your own at-home Breathwork practice.

No experience necessary just come with an open heart and a willingness to transform.

For best results, please avoid eating within three hours of the event.
